ChatGPT, the artificial intelligence (AI)-driven wonderbot, is taking the world by storm. Developed by OpenAI, ChatGPT was introduced in November 2022 as a prototype. It uses complex machine learning processes to generate simple solutions to problems, delivered in a surprisingly human-like manner. All you need to do is ask ChatGPT anything — be it “How to write an HTML code?” to “Who is better — Messi and Ronaldo?” The answerbot will follow up with a solution or a deeply philosophical answer.
So, we at ABP Live decided to put ChatGPT’s skills to test, asking it a series of questions just to see what it responds.

This time around, we asked ChatGPT a highly debated question — Will AI take over human jobs?
This is what it wrote:
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to automate certain tasks that are currently performed by humans, which could lead to job displacement in certain industries. However, it is also expected to create new jobs and opportunities in areas such as AI development and maintenance, data analysis, and more. It is important for governments, organizations, and individuals to proactively plan and adapt to these changes in the job market. “
Very diplomatically answered, as expected. So, we tried to throw a spanner into the mix just to see if ChatGPT generates a similar response.
We asked it to write a blog on Machine learning taking on human intelligence.
To this, ChatGPT responded:
Machine learning is a rapidly growing field that is quickly becoming one of the most powerful tools in the arsenal of modern technology. At its core, machine learning is a method of teaching computers to learn from data, and it is this ability that is making it a powerful tool in the fight against human intelligence. One of the most notable areas where machine learning is making a big impact is in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). AI is a branch of computer science that focuses on creating machines that can mimic the capabilities of the human mind, such as the ability to reason, learn, and adapt to new situations. Machine learning algorithms are the key ingredient in many of the most advanced AI systems, and they are allowing computers to achieve levels of intelligence that were previously thought to be the exclusive domain of humans. Another area where machine learning is making a big impact is in the field of natural language processing (NLP). NLP is a branch of AI that focuses on the ability of computers to understand and respond to human language. Machine learning algorithms have been used to create natural language processing systems that can understand and respond to human speech, and they are also being used to create chatbots and virtual assistants that can have natural conversations with humans. Machine learning is also being used to solve problems in a wide range of other fields, such as healthcare, finance, and transportation. In healthcare, machine learning algorithms are being used to analyze medical images and to identify patterns in patient data that could indicate the presence of certain diseases. In finance, machine learning algorithms are being used to analyze financial data and to identify patterns that could indicate fraud or other financial risks. In transportation, machine learning algorithms are being used to optimize routes for delivery trucks and to predict traffic congestion. Overall, machine learning is an incredibly powerful tool that is taking on human intelligence in a wide range of fields. With the rapid advancements in machine learning technology, it is likely that we will continue to see machines that can do things that were once thought to be the exclusive domain of humans. “
If case you glossed over all of the above, allow us to direct your attention to the last sentence: “With the rapid advancements in machine learning technology, it is likely that we will continue to see machines that can do things that were once thought to be the exclusive domain of humans.”
So, there you have it, straight from the AI-horse’s mouth. What you make of it, is entirely up to you.
